Over 700 tech-savvy tweens and teens all over Nigeria proved they are truly the Leaders of tomorrow as they registered to compete in the ‘Design the future of technology’ mPulse hackathon. A shortlist of 50 students who used Scratch & MIT App Inventor to create amazing education and games apps were selected, and the list was further whittled down to 15. The top 5 from the 15 finalists presented their exciting apps to the panel of judges from which 14 year old Yusuf Molomo emerged the winner. All winners and finalists received laptops, gift vouchers, educational kits, 3 months tech mentorship, branded Items and award certificates from MTN.
